Before joining AMP, he served as Vice President of the Professional Assessment Credentialing Education (PACE) division of The Psychological Corporation, where he managed the development and marketing of more than 90 programs and products used by business, industry and government in training, evaluation, licensing, certification and professional assessment. Prior to that, he completed 19 years with Educational Testing Service (ETS), where he served as Executive Director for Operations and New Product Development, and was responsible for products and services provided to 40 certification and licensure agencies. With degrees in both marketing and measurement, He has a deep understanding of the issues that impact the credentialing (licensing and certification) arena.
