Description:
Through this course attendees will truly understand exactly how, why and where legal entities should be used for both lawsuit prevention and income tax reduction. The course is given in plain English and when done, most attendees understand the proper use of legal tools for the first time in their lives.

By participating in this course, you will be able to:
  • Learn how to properly structure your business and personal assets to prevent lawsuits.
  • Learn the legal tools that will protect your assets from being taken in the event of a lawsuit. (Statistically not even 1 in 100,000 are using these tools in the right way.)
  • Learn how to use existing laws and tax codes to significantly reduce your tax liability.
  • Understand the uses and purposes of trusts and wills in estate planning.

There is no prior skill-level, experience, or knowledge required for participation in this course. Mr. McNeff is the CEO of Legally Mine, an asset protection company headquartered in Orem, Utah.
