Patient (customer) satisfaction is more than providing good customer service. Customer satisfaction results from addressing customers’ objective and emotional needs. An entire practice must focus on how to best satisfy both if it is to survive and achieve financial. Patient satisfaction results from on-going communications with patients to ensure you are maintaining their loyalty and maximizing referrals.

By participating in this course, you will be able to:
  • Calculate the potential cost of an unsatisfied patient to your practice’s bottom line
  • Understand the objective as well as emotional needs your patient brings to you
  • Adapt simple, cost-effective ways of create a patient-focused practice
  • Use tools provided to measure level of satisfaction and identify ways to improve

Description:
Many of our patents have cracked teeth. As providers, we help guide our patient to make treatment choices that are best suited for their life circumstances. This presentation will help the dentist in the detection and treatment on longitudinal tooth fractures.

By participating in this course, you will be able to:
  • How to identify and classify cracks
  • The characteristics and symptoms of cracked teeth
  • How to detect cracks early in development
  • Treatment planning for the cracked tooth

There is no prior skill-level, experience, or knowledge required for participation in this course. Dr. Finkler is an endodontist at Commonwealth Endodontics in Richmond, Virginia.
