Janine Tucker

• Tucker (Loyola '89) is the all-time winningest women's lacrosse coach in
school history. She will be entering her 20th season at JHU in 2013 and
sports a 210-112 overall record since taking over in 1994.
• Tucker led JHU's move from Division III to Division I in 1999.
• Served as an evaluator for the US National Team selections in 2008.
• On April 13, 2011 Tucker became just the 14th coach all-time to reach the 200-win mark. She is just the sixth active coach to achieve that milestone.
• Tucker has coached numerous All-Conference, All-Region and All-America
players at JHU and was named the NCAA Division III South Region Coach of
the Year four times.
• Tucker was named the IWLCA Division I 2006 Mid-Atlantic Region Coach of the Year.
• Tucker led JHU to it’s first-ever NCAA Division I Playoff appearance in
2004 as the Blue Jays posted a 12-5 record and were ranked 10th in the
final IWLCA poll.
