Steve Coscia

Steve Coscia is a best-selling author on the topics of customer service and soft skills for the trades. A frequent speaker on the conference circuit, Coscia also lectures at colleges nationwide about the importance of soft skills for career success. More than 100 community colleges and trade schools have invested in his textbooks and curriculum.
Steve conducted and published a research survey entitled “What Contractors Are Really Saying About Trade Schools” to help bridge the gap between employer demands and student skills. He also writes for numerous trade journals and he is a columnist for IE3 Magazine which is published by the Air-conditioning Contractors of America.

To date, Steve has written four books and published more than 200 articles. He is the president of Coscia Communications Inc., a consultancy serving companies who seek greater customer retention and marketplace differentiation.
