Shannon Ingram

Shannon Ingram is a native of Philadelphia, PA and a current resident of Northern Virginia. Shannon received her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and her graduate degree from Marymount University in Community Counseling.  She is a national certified counselor who has presented at conferences and events across the nation on issues ranging from protocols to address students in crisis to strategies for improving the engagement of at-risk students. Currently, Ms. Ingram is the Coordinator of Transition Services for the Pathway to the Baccalaureate Program at Northern Virginia Community College. Through her work with the Pathway Program, Ms. Ingram continues to provide young people with the tools to overcome barriers, achieve success in higher education, and live the American Dream.
