William B. Lalicker

William B. Lalicker (Ph.D., University of Washington, Seattle) has 25 years’ experience administering writing programs aimed at student success. He is a past co-chair of the national Council on Basic Writing, a current member of its executive board, and has published on basic writing programs and a wide range of issues in the teaching of writing. Currently, he is Professor of English and Dean’s Assistant for Student Issues in the College of Arts and Sciences at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
