Rochelle Beatty

Rochelle Beatty, PhD. is a Program Manager for Mathematics and College Survival at Cengage Learning. Prior to working for Cengage Learning, Rochelle was a mathematics instructor and faculty advisor. As a mathematics instructor, she has 21 years of experience at both the secondary and higher education levels, which ranges from differential equations to developmental mathematics. As a faculty advisor for Cengage Learning for 3 years, she provided training in Eduspace and other technology supplements to mathematics faculty. In addition to consulting for the Cengage Learning Mathematics and Student Success texts, Rochelle’s expertise includes math study skills, cognitive development in the mathematics classroom, graphing calculators, computer graphing programs and math anxiety. She has presented at several math conferences, such as AMATYC, NISOD, NCTM and RCML. Rochelle earned her A.
