How can we encourage student buy-in and show them how to take the lead in their academic performance? This session will feature the CSFI 2.0, the Discovery Wheel, and other self-assessment tools which allow students to self-identify their weaknesses and strengths. Based on their own observations and responses, students are more likely to recognize the need for improvement in their academic and personal performance.
