As student success faculty we have the potential to spark the dreams that we can then help students plan how to reach. Instruction in typical course content such as study skills and time management can only be effective when we help students find and recognize that overarching dream they are pursuing. This session will provide practical strategies for motivating students and changing their thought patterns to those which will help them achieve success in your course and beyond.
