According to Rosabeth Moss Kanter, “The difference between winners and losers is how they handle losing.” In the corporate world, that’s true. However, in academia, can it be said that the difference between successful and unsuccessful students is how they handle failure? How can we teach students to “fail forward”? This session with FOCUS author Constance Staley will explore resilience as a key curricular component of academic success - now and in the future of higher education.
