Developmental students enter our classroom with misconceptions that understanding math will be difficult and failure is probable. However, when we provide successes through activities and collaboration with fellow classmates, their attitudes and grades markedly improve. In this session we will look at ways to encourage their travels on the road to success through meaningful activities sprinkled with little humor.
