This is an exciting but challenging time to be a college educator. With the increased emphasis on accountability and assessment, and a more and more “non-traditional” students, there is increased pressure on faculty to improve student learning outcomes.
This session will focus on three specific ideas for improving student learning; one which has been empirically tested, one which is challenging and controversial and one which asks faculty to examine their personal teaching style.
