Now that we are in an age in which students use comments from Web sites like Yelp and user feedback from Amazon as secondary sources, what do we do? This session uses these--and other similar “mistakes”--as opportunities to strengthen students’ ability to make sound arguments, substantiate claims and rely on more appropriate research paper source material.
