It seems as though every classroom has at least one of these on the roster: an aggressive student, an overly-talkative student, an emotional student, or a full-of-excuses student. While the instructors receive textbooks and manuals to aid in teaching the course content, they do not receive manuals to aid in managing the classroom. This interactive session will allow instructors to examine the types of students they have in their classrooms and gain practical tools to help them effectively manage the classroom.
