This workshop will provide a definition of three major types of plagiarism from innocent to intentional and discuss the faculty role in minimizing plagiarism. Often, students commit plagiarism without realizing it because we assume they know how to avoid it, and then there are those students who are just determined to willfully beat the system. How do we know the difference? What do we do about this growing problem?
