A presentation on the traits and concerns of first year students and strategies utilized that can be implemented in practical ways to promote success throughout their college career. An open discussion to generate new strategies to support the first year experience and student learning outcomes will take place. We will incorporate the process and results from useful tools such as the CSFI survey into the first year experience.
