This session will demonstrate a lesson plan for teaching students to understand their natural time management style, including how to maximize and improve on that style, using the MBTI Complete as the foundation. The lesson plan includes identifying the benefits and challenges of the students's style, and concludes with a plan for managing time more effectively.

Whether you are an expert or a beginner with using the MBTI for student success, you will learn how to quickly and easily integrate the MBTI into your classroom. Participants are encouraged to take the MBTI Complete prior to the workshop, however they can also "guess" their MBTI type during the session and still fully benefit from the session. Note: this is one of three lesson plans included in the MBTI for Student Success Certificate pre-conference that was presented on June 15.
