This session will focus on the current issues surrounding the successful completion of developmental mathematics.  Current research, practices, and effective course delivery approaches will be discussed. Participants will learn methods for implementing and strengthening retention initiatives through practices used in the Noel-Levitz model. Both instructors and administrators will benefit from hearing about ways to gather data, examples of recent research, and capitalizing on TeamUP for faculty development.
