Federal and State laws and updated accreditation standards now in effect require proprietary colleges and schools to prove they meet a smattering of regulations to include gainful employment, incentive compensation, 90/10, satisfactory academic progress, completion, persistence and placement rates.   This session will shed light on these regulations and provide bright ideas to help you and your students succeed in a rigorous regulatory environment.
