One of the biggest hurdles Student Success initiatives face in higher education is helping students stay motivated in college. This “hands on” presentation will demonstrate how student motivation may be increased through career investigation. By introducing students to the world of possibilities through career assessments and activities they will identify areas of interest, understand their personality style, and gain awareness of their skills, experience, work values and passions.
