Managing an online classroom can challenge experienced instructors. Addressing the needs of students with disabilities in the classroom adds complexity to lesson planning. The Phases of Engagement Model (Conrad & Donaldson, 2004) provides structure to facilitate group process. Online learning tools and diversified learning are explored. A Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) technique which models Walt Disney's Creative Process (Bandler & Grinder, 1976) guides participants through the process of designing and facilitating online learning.
