Emerging market opportunities presented themselves in 1988 moving Jim to open a new division, Nuzzo & Campion Stone (NCS), a fabrication and installation company of natural and engineered stone selling exclusively to builders, kitchen dealers and trade professionals. James continued to expand his business, opening Nuzzo Defining Surfaces, a state-of-the-art showroom/retail store servicing high-end customers in the Rhode Island market.

After selling his company, he spent time traveling with his wife and pursuing his passions. Whether, honing skills as a 4th degree black belt in karate and kung-fu, playing music in his band or consulting business owners, Jim sets high standards for himself (and others) driven by his relentless commitment to success. As a national speaker, Jim openly shares his proven strategies, ideas, practical methods and insider secrets every business owner needs to navigate today's economic uncertainty and ever-changing business environment.
