Nicole Torres is the Director of Clinical Services for On Lok Lifeways in the San Francisco Bay Area, the pioneer of the PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) model that serves nursing home eligible seniors.  In this role, Nicole provides leadership to On Lok's clinical division compromised of nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work, dietary, recreation, and home care services. Her key job responsibilities include strategic and operational program planning, staff development, program compliance, service delivery and overall satisfaction (of participants, caregivers, and staff).

Prior to On Lok, Nicole was a staff nurse II at Lucille Packard  Children's Hospital at Standford caring for the pediatric bone marrow transplant and hematogly population. As a San Francisco native, her heart drove her to On Lok in 2002 and she has been serving her native community, nearing 10 years this April 2012. Nicole received her Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of San Francisco.  She lives in San Francisco with her husband and three children.
