Cindy Dobmeyer-Dittrich is an RN/Physician Extender with University Urology at The University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville. She has been in clinical practice for over 30 years, most of which has been spent in the field of urolgy nursing. Cindy is partnered with Dr. Frederick Klein, who has implanted sacral nerve stimulators in more than 350 patients in the past 10 years. In 2005, Cindy organized the Sacral Nerve Stimulation Special Interest Group within SUNA, which has several hundred members. She led this group until 2007, and still maintains an active role in promoting this therapy through her SUNA presentations and educational consulting for Medtronic.
