Aaron Crowleys first exposure to the stone fabrication industry was a summer job in high school in July 1993. Five years later in October of 1998, he founded his first company, and has grown it into one of Portland, Oregons most well respected stone shops. With the help of the "E-Myth" business philosophy, and his mentor, Aaron manages a growing company with 20 full time employees. Aaron also founded FabricatorsFriend.com delivering products such as the Stone Sleeves and Bullet Proof Aprons, to the stone industry to help stone shop owners build safer, more productive businesses. He speaks and writes regularly on the topic of small business management, and is a "candidate" member in the National Speakers Association. Aaron and his wife Heather have 3 children: Emma - 7, Alex - 4, and Gretchen - 2.
