Andy Rogish, Quality Systems Manager Yoder Brothers Inc.
Lean Manufacturing implementation is his primary focus, through strategic planning and kaizen (change) events at the Yoder production farms. Background- Before coming to Yoder in 2002, Andy worked for Lockheed Martin Aircraft, at their Greenville, SC MRO facility for nearly 14 years as an Avionics Technician and Senior Planner, where he learned and helped implement Lean/Six Sigma to reduce hundreds of thousands of dollars in operating costs by removing waste from core processes. Andy holds an associate degree in Specialized Technology from Pittsburgh Institute of Technology, and a BA in Theology from Bob Jones University. ASQ Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
