Education and work background: Grew up working in floriculture B.S. from Michigan State University Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota Professor at Oklahoma State University from 1989 - 2000 Responsibilities: 40% Research and 60% Teaching Conducts research on cut flower production and postharvest, bedding plants, and poinsettia production. Coordinates the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers National Seed Trial and Perennial Trial. Teaches 3 courses: Greenhouse Management, Floriculture Production, and Physiology of Flowering.
