Jeanne Lugli is the General Manager of Advantage Reimbursement, a company that provides IV & DME consulting, full-service billing and collections, and collection project services to many organizations throughout the US. Her customers range from small single-site pharmacies to large University-based infusion sites to national providers. Lugli has held reimbursement-related roles in the infusion industry since 1983. She brings a unique reimbursement perspective that is grounded in her range of work experiences, including work in a branch pharmacy location for a national company, at a regional reimbursement center for a national company, and for a company that provides outsourcing services. She has provided IV reimbursement and software implementation consulting at over 100 sites across the country. Lugli completed an associates and bachelors degree, and is currently the Chair of the NHIA Payer Advocacy and Relations Committee.
