Cynde Derryberry is the Vice President of Reimbursement Advisory Services for MCG Resources in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been in health care reimbursement and operations for 23 years, 15 of which have been spent in the home infusion industry. She served as the Director of Reimbursement for 20+ locations at Critical HomeCare Solutions for three years and held operation and reimbursement roles for 10 years with Option Care (Walgreens). Currently, Derryberry works with national, regional, and local home infusion companies in various capacities, ranging from interim management to operational assessment, planning and training in the areas of intake and reimbursement. She is an active member of NHIA and has served on multiple NHIA committees. Derryberry has been a speaker and roundtable presenter in the areas of Medicare billing, Medicare appeals, Medicare billing for denial, TRICARE, and electronic claiming.
