How do I reset my Password?
To reset your password, click the "Forgot Your password?" link that is below the login menu. Once there, it will ask you for the email address you used to create your account. Once submitted, an automated email will be sent with a new password and instructions on how to change your password once logged in.
How do I change My Email Address?
To change your email address in your Profile, click on "Update Profile" link in the "Your Account" menu. Once there, you can modify and update your email address or other information.
How do I Print My Certificates?
To print your certificates, navigate to the library for the association that hosted the conference. Complete all the evaluations for each session that you attended during your conference. Once you have completed all your session evaluations, you can then navigate to the Transcript Section that is linked in the "Your Account" menu and click the small printer icon to the right of your certificate.
How do I use my Promo Coupon?
The Promotional Coupon can be redeemed against the content of a single session. This coupon will not redeem a Continuing Education Credit Hour. If the session is able to be purchased with the coupon, you will see a payment option to the right of the description, stating: "Redeem with Promo Coupon".
