Individuals attending the 2012 NAPO® Annual Conference can earn a maximum total of 19 continuing education units (CEU's) towards their CPO® certification or re-certification.

The BCPO® eligibility determinations are based on the session descriptions in the NAPO Conference brochure. As with any class or conference session, it's possible the actual session material will differ from the session overview in the NAPO Conference.

Attendees must use their best judgment whether a session meets the BCPO® CEU eligibility requirement that states a class must provide skills and knowledge to further their ability to better serve clients.
