Philippe Caroff

Philippe Caroff received a PhD degree in Physics from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquees, Rennes (France), in 2005. After two years of post-doctoral work on III-V nanowires at the Division of Solid State Physics, Lund University (Sweden), he joined the Institut d'Electronique de Microelectronique et de Nanotechnologie, Villeneuve d'Ascq (France), as a permanent CNRS Research Scientist in 2008. Since February 2013, he is an ARC Future Fellow based in the Research School of Physics and Engineering at the Australian National University.
