Santanu Sarkar

Santanu Sarkar is a graduate student in Professor Haddon Research Group at the University of California at Riverside. His research is focused on the materials synthesis and processing, device fabrication (thin films, lithography, and dry etching), nanoscale characterization, and the development of covalent chemistry of graphene and carbon nanotube devices aimed at applications in nanoscale electronics and energy devices. He was named as a finalist in the 2013 International Reaxys PhD Prize competition. He will join Intel Corporation, Oregon as a Technology Development Engineer in January 2014.
