Matthew Brown, P.E.

With over 15 years aviation experience and 21 years with the City of Los Angeles, Mr. Brown is responsible for managing the Terminal Improvement Program at Los Angeles World Airports’ (LAWA) Development Group/Capital Improvement Program currently valued at over $2 billion. He is responsible for the planning, design and construction of various Terminal Improvement Projects at LAWA’s three airports (LAX, LA/ONT, and VNY); developing general engineering plans and policies for passenger terminal improvements; working closely with Federal, State and Local agencies and various professional services consultants/construction contractors to ensure the successful delivery of LAWA development programs and projects. Prior to this position, Matt led numerous teams to complete various projects at LAWA’s airports including In-Line Baggage Security Screening Program valued at over $250 million, construction of the new terminals at Ontario International Airport, and various airfield and landside projects.     [ Click for More ]
