Ron Magnus, Managing Director, FMI Consulting, specializes in coaching executives and their teams to develop leadership skills through a hands-on mentoring environment. Ron has 14 years of experience in a wide range of leadership development. He spent more than five years at West Point providing leadership development instruction to cadets and officers at the U.S. Military Academy, and he has led and developed numerous seminars on leadership, team building, and teamwork worldwide. Since joining FMI, Ron has created the Leadership Institute, which is the premier Leadership Development Program focused on improving the quality of individual and corporate leadership for the construction industry. The Leadership Institute has contributed broadly to the development of leaders in the industry. Ron graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a bachelor's degree in international affairs. He has a master of arts in religion from Liberty University. He is also a Wharton Alumni as a Wharton Fellow.
