Michael F. Hughes, JD, Associate, Neal Gerber Eisenberg's Labor & Employment Practice Group; he represents and counsels employers in all facets of labor and employment matters, including arbitration proceedings and litigation matters under a variety of employment-related statutes, such as the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He also represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board in representation and unfair labor practice cases. Mike also handles employment-based immigration matters, including securing employment-based work visas and counseling employers on work authorization issues, such as Form I-9 compliance and the proper handling of "No-Match" letters from the Social Security Administration.
