Program Administrator Medical College of Wisconsin/St. Joseph's Family Medicine Residency Sandra Olsen is Program Administrator of the St. Joseph Family Medicine Residency and its Family Care Center. She serves as EMR Manager for the Medical College of Wisconsin's (MCW) Department of Family and Community Medicine, and supports the EMR at MCW's three practices. She has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality, awarded in 1996. Ms. Olsen designs and creates EMR templates, documents and reports. She has presented at numerous national and regional conferences on EMR and quality improvement and has authored papers in professional journals on the Residency's EMR journey.
