Executive Director and CEO HealthInfoNet Devore Culver is CEO of HealthInfoNet, a public-private partnership of stakeholders tasked with building Maine's health information exchange (HIE). In leading one of the nation's first statewide HIEs, he is responsible for strategic planning, funding, system design, operations, and government relations. Prior to HealthInfoNet, Mr. Culver was CIO for Eastern Maine Healthcare, a six-hospital IDN, where he directed a team of 150 IT professionals during his 16-year tenure. Mr. Culver's experience includes serving on the State's Information Systems Advisory Board and as co-chair of the Governor's Task Force on Telemedicine. He holds a Masters in Healthcare Management from Northwestern University.
