Mike Holtzman is the president of Profitable Food Facilities, which he founded after 18 years of experience in the hospitality business. Since that time his company has worked with more than 340 casinos, restaurants, resorts, hotels, country clubs and ski resorts, focusing on restaurant design, customer service, sales and profitability. Holtzman holds a bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic University.
