Her experience across the enterprise in information technology, marketing, customer service and retail enables her to assimilate the needs of multiple consistencies and apply them pragmatically to real-world business requirements.Susan is an expert in incorporating listening and measurement into organizational culture and practice. She focuses on big data, helping organizations develop frameworks and process that enable them to extract insights from new data sources and act on them in a practical, repeatable and scalable manner. Susan also works with technology vendors to refine product roadmaps and strategies based on her independent research.Susan is a member of the advisory board of INFORUM, a division of the Commonwealth Club.
