She believes that increasing profit, upgrading the client experience, and having fun all hinge on the advisor's ability to find and keep great staff. Since 1984, she has been providing her clients with strategic staffing models, motivational career paths, role clarity and accountability, management coaching, team communications strategies, compensation systems, and partnership facilitation. She opened the Office of Practice Management at Lincoln Financial Advisors/Sagemark Consulting, served as director of operations for its largest field office and, prior to that, as operations manager for the San Francisco General Agency of The New England. Ms. Farasati is a Certified Kolbe TM Consultant.
