Margaret Hindman, BA

Margaret L. Hindman is a Master’s student in the University of Arkansas Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and works as a graduate assistant in Off-Campus Student Services, which is a Division of Student Affairs at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She holds a BS in Psychology with Upper Division Honors from Louisiana State University. Margaret Hindman has published research articles in refereed journals and presented at regional, national, and international conventions.  As an undergraduate at Louisiana State University, she was selected as the most outstanding senior in psychology and in her counseling program at the University of Arkansas as Outstanding MA student and is winner of 2016 ACPA (American College Personnel Association) Commission for Commuter Students and Adult Learners Award for Outstanding Achievement by a Student.  Her undergraduate honors thesis researched psychological well-being, psychological distress, and social connectedness with a focus on gratitude.
