Geraldine Lopez, BA

Geraldine completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in English from New Jersey City University (NJCU). She currently a graduate student in the Masters of Arts program in Clinical Mental Health from NJCU. She is a staff member of the Opportunity Scholarship Program (OSP) Chi Alpha Epsilon Honors Society and a member of Nu Eta Sigma Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota at New Jersey City University. In addition, she is a current Graduate Representative for Social Media for the New Jersey Association for Children and Adolescent Counseling (NJACAC). She has been a writing tutor and Teacher’s Assistant for the OSP department for two years.In spring 2015, she co-presented at New Jersey Counseling Association Conference on "Counseling Approaches and Interventions for LGBT Youth" and also co-presented at the CSI Showcase of Chapters at the American Counseling Association Conference. She earned EOF Academic Achievement Award, multiple New Jersey City University Dean’s List awards, The Walter Glospie Academy of American Poets Prize, and is a Graduating Member of Choices Organization for peer group development and health choice awareness.     [ Click for More ]
