Anne L. Metz, EdS

Anne Metz is a emergency services clinician with experience treating inpatient, forensic, and community-based populations. Anne is currently a doctoral student in Counselor Education at James Madison University. Her research interests include mental health legal reform, and advocacy for individuals with serious mental illness. She is a participant on the Mental Health Law Reform Research Team at the University of Virginia's Institute for Law, Psychiatry, and Public Policy. She currently serves as the Mental Health Clinician for the Staunton-Augusta Therapeutic Docket, a jail diversion program in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
