Michael Brooks, PhD

Michael Brooks is a Counselor Education Associate Professor at North Carolina A&T State (NCA&T) University in Greensboro, North Carolina. Dr. Brooks is a member of the doctoral faculty where he teaches students in the Rehabilitation Counseling and Rehabilitation Counselor Education program.

His favorite subjects to teach include Advanced Multicultural Counseling and Social Justice, Counseling Supervision, and Qualitative Analysis. In terms of scholarship, Dr. Brooks has presented in the areas of multiculturalism and multicultural competency, ethics relating to diversity, school counselor effectiveness, Professional Development school models, and mentoring at several regional, national, and international conferences.
