Mrs. Tomeka W. McGhee, MS, GCDF, NCC began her service journey providing mentorship to youth at-risk, then career development services to displaced workers. She has served as a community leader through committee membership, advocacy projects, and professional counseling services. She enthusiastically serves as a leader for two state counseling organizations (i.., ALACES and ALCA Chapter VII) and enjoys presenting at conferences. She has been named and/or recognized as an Emerging Leader at the state and regional levels. Her teaching career has comprised of educating undergraduate and graduate students in the areas of psychology, career development, and counselor education. Outside her commitment to education and advocacy, she is most committed to her stewardship as wife, mother, and spiritual guide.
