Ming-hui Li, EdD

Dr. Ming-hui Li is an associate professor of counselor education at St. John's University, Queens, NY. His research areas include stress coping and resilience. He is especially interested in conducting cross cultural studies in this globalized world. He has published research findings in journals such as Journal of Multicultural Counseling and Development, International Journal of Stress Management, and Journal of College Counseling. In addition, he has presented at annual meetings of professional organizations such as the Global Awareness Society International, the American Counseling Association, and the American Educational Research Association. At St. John's, Dr. Li has taught a variety of graduate level courses: Multicultural Counseling, Counseling and Personality Theories, Group Dynamics, Psychosocial Development, and Practicum.
