Angela Bowen is a Senior Member of APCO International and member of the Call Center Standards Committee. Angela currently serves as the communications training coordinator for the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. She has worked in public safety communications for more than twenty years, working her way up from front-line Telecommunicator to Communications Training Officer to Shift Supervisor. She spent eleven years as a training coordinator and manager at a metropolitan Atlanta 911 center before moving to her current position.Angela has presented at two other APCO International Conferences in 2005 and 2006 and has conducted several webinar sessions on 'The Sins of the Supervisor'.
