Police Related Experience: 8 ½ years at Plano 911 working as 911 Calltaker, NCIC Operator, and Police Dispatcher. 1 year as Quality Assurance Specialist, in January will reach my 3rd yrs as a Training Coordinators. We are a consolidated dispatch center for a municipality, with a population of 260,000, with 61 floor personnel and 21 staff members.
Areas of Expertise/Subject Matter Expert: Specialize in NCIC Training. 10 years on Suicide Hotlines and an internship as a Hospital Chaplain has given me expertise in Crisis Counseling and Suicide Intervention.
