David is a Director at Alcatel-Lucent with a global focus on backhaul/WAN applications for public safety and energy. He is currently the Broadband Forum Ambassador Vice Chairperson that focuses on industry education through tutorials and was previously the IP/MPLS Forum education working group chair for the past 9 years. In this capacity he recently contributed to the development of a half day tutorial on IP/MPLS in mobile RAN. David has recently presented at Utilities Telecom Council Telecom 2009 Annual conference and FutureNet conference.
